Parin is a seasoned Real Estate professional with more than 12 years of work experience in all major domains - Residential, Commercial-Retail and Land, Industrial & Logistics.

Parin has played a key role in transaction management and advisory for both occupiers and developers across the real estate spectrum. Having a multi-disciplinary exposure, he has spearheaded and managed various assignments including built-to-suit transactions, leasing, expansions, acquisitions and dispositions of industrial & logistics assets.

In his previous assignment at CBRE, Parin was leading the Land, Industrial & Logistics Business for Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh region. With his expertise in State owned Industrial Development Corporation land transactions & Brownfield / Ready-To-Occupy and Greenfield / Built-To-Suit leasing he added significant value to the Land, Industrial & Logistics business line while providing solutions for large corporates & third-party logistic companies.

Parin's alternate career would have been into Automotive journalism because of his sheer love towards automobiles. He's an avid F1 fan and seeks a lot of inspiration from sports. He unwinds himself with bike rides and listens to deep house and trance.

Wit, sarcasm and humour are the qualities Parin wants to hone.

Himanshu is a serial entrepreneur and a seasoned real estate enthusiast, Himanshu touts a broad range of abilities including compliance and costing experiences and an in-depth knowledge of cutting edge marketing with regards to sales and leasing. 

Prior to his own ventures, Himanshu served CBRE & managed Land, Industrial/Warehousing Real Estate transactions for top Multinational Clients and Industrial Investors.

Himanshu is recognised for managing sizeable transactions ranging from Brownfield / Ready-to-Occupy and Greenfield / Built-to-Suit for the purpose of leasing, expansions, acquisitions and disposition of Industrial & Logistics assets. Additional capabilities includes oversight of vital forethought, human capital, outsourcing, business development, client relations, web presences and media relations. 

With over 10 years of wide-ranging experience covering a broad spectrum of Industrial real estate functions for Developers and Tenants he knows the core in strategic planning, lease administration, risk management, acquisitions, marketing, build-to-suit negotiations, and tenant & landlord representation. 

Apart from juggling with his other start-up ventures, Himanshu loves riding the bicycle, adores a sunny day and wishes to build a palatial home at a hill top.
